Quick Supper Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Either
    use
    this or your own recipe for biscuit dough. Roll out
    to
    about
    1/3-inch in thickness.
    Dot with butter, sprinkle with sugar, dust with cinnamon, currants and raisins and roll
    the same as a jelly roll.
    Cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place
    with
    cut edges on well-greased pan.
    Bake in moderate oven.
    Remove
    from pan
    at once and we assure you that there won't be any left for the next meal.
