Strawberry Pie Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pastry shell
    3 pt. fresh strawberries
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Place 2 pints of cleaned sliced berries in pie crust.
    Crush the third pint of berries and mix with sugar.
    Cook for 5 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch.
    Add butter to melt.
    Pour mixture over berries in pie shell and let cool.
    Chill and serve with whipped topping.
