Lei Lanis Stir-Fry Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    3 lb. round steak, sliced in 1-inch strips
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger. Add steak and stir.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Place cooking oil in a large skillet or wok.
    When hot enough to splatter water, add steak and marinade.
    Stir constantly until done, approximately 6 to 10 minutes.
    Serve with hot cooked rice.
