Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1 can kidney beans
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook mixed vegetables and drain well.
    Drain beans and rinse. Mix all vegetables together.
    Mix together sugar, flour and salt. Add vinegar, water and mustard.
    Cook until thick and clear.
    Pour over vegetables.
    May be made a day ahead of serving.
