Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 veal cutlets
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and black pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
    oregano
Preparation
    Pound cutlets; set aside.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; set aside.
    Combine bread crumbs, flour and grated cheese; set aside.
    Heat in a skillet 1/2 cup olive oil.
    Dip cutlets into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture.
    Add cutlets to skillet and slowly brown on both sides.
    Arrange cutlets in a baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over cutlets, then top with Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Serves 6. Serve over spaghetti.
