Pool Room Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. cabbage, grated
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 c. white vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    3 carrots, grated
    1 1/2 c. mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pack in hot jars and seal. This is good to eat on hot dogs.
