Anita'S Hunter Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean stew beef, cut in bite-sized chunks
    1 pkg. dried onion or onion-mushroom soup mix
    1 can condensed tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown meat, using no seasonings, in a skillet or Dutch oven. (I use a deep fat fryer/slow cooker combination.) Turn down heat. Add soup mix and condensed soup.
    Water can be added (a small amount) to make a thinner sauce.
    Cover and simmer until meat is done.
    Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.
