Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes (two 1 lb. cans)
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten with 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Melt butter.
Drain sweet potatoes and place in casserole dish or mash partially.
Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to mash all together.
