Zucchini-Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, sliced
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Parmesan cheese or Swiss cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Arrange squash in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cover with crumbs. Pour undiluted soup over all.
    Sprinkle or layer with cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Brown ground beef; season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake 25 minutes longer.
