Freezer Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 Tbsp. diet margarine
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 egg or egg substitute
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 or 3 bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper
    poultry seasoning
    sage
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Heat butter in milk until melted.
    Cool.
    Stir in egg. Combine with flour.
    Roll out and cut.
    Lay flat on tray sprayed with vegetable spray.
    Place in freezer until frozen.
    Put in freezer bags or containers.
    To cook, drop in boiling broth over low
    heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
