Whipped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium pared potatoes, quartered
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. half and half (I use milk, too)
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover, until tender; drain. Beat potatoes, butter, half and half, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth.
Spread potatoes in buttered baking dish (13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch), swirling top with spoon.*
