Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

2 fryers
1 pkg. Doritos
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
grated or shredded Mexican cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken until falls off bone.
Then debone and add peppers, if wanted.
Line bottom of pan with Doritos.
Then layer chicken on top.
Mix cream of chicken and mushroom soups together; thin by adding water.
Pour over the chicken until mixture is moist underneath.
Then sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake about 15 minutes or 20 minutes, until cheese is brown.
