East Texas Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    gizzard, heart, liver and neck from turkey, cooked
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. corn bread dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 c. juice from turkey or hen
Preparation
    Chop up meat from heart, gizzard, liver and neck to a medium coarseness.
    Heat juice (about 4 cups) from turkey and add 1 cup water mixed with flour, chopped eggs, dressing, salt and pepper. Just bring to a boil to serve.
