Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
    nutmeg (optional)
    1 frozen, 9-inch, deep-dish pie shell
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond extracts. Gradually stir in scalded milk. Pour mixture into chilled, unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Pie is done when knife inserted comes out clean.
