Ingredients

3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Mix butter, eggs, vanilla and vinegar together.
Add sugar and coconut.
Pour in 2 unbaked 9-inch pie crusts.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for about an hour or until brown.
Makes 10 servings.
Approximate preparation time: 10 to 15 minutes.
