Perfect Day Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    3 eggs
    5 stalks celery, finely chopped
    4 Tbsp. sweet relish
    1 tsp. grated onion
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with eggs about 25 minutes or until fork pierces easily; do not overcook.
    Drain and refrigerate.
    When cold, peel potatoes and cut into uniform small cubes.
    Shell and finely chop eggs.
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except mayonnaise and sour cream with a fork.
    Lastly coat lightly with mayonnaise and sour cream.
