Antipasto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head lettuce, washed and torn into bite size pieces
    1 tomato, washed and cut into bite size pieces
    6 slices hard (Genoa) salami, cut into quarters
    6 slices Provolone cheese, cut into quarters
    olive oil
    red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Toss lettuce, tomato, salami and cheese together. Season with dried oregano, basil, salt and pepper, if desired.
    Add oil and vinegar to taste.
