Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. milk
1 qt. chicken broth
16 oz. Cheez Whiz or Velveeta
celery, onion and carrots
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Melt margarine; add flour.
Add milk and broth.
Add cheese. Boil celery, onion and carrots in water; add this to cheese mixture.
Add mustard.
