Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Bring butter, water and salt to a boil until butter is melted. Put on low heat, add the flour, stir constantly.
    When the mixture falls away from the sides of the pan, turn off heat.
    Add 1 egg at a time and beat very, very well.
    Drop one tablespoon of the mixture at a time on a greased baking sheet, leave plenty of room between each spoonful for the mixture to expand.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes, take out of oven and slice the top of each puff, return to the oven for approximately 5 minutes.
    Makes approximately 12 large cream puffs.
