Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. minced onion
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of black pepper
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix first 10 ingredients together.
    Make balls.
    Brown in 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
    Remove meatballs and keep oil.
    Mix flour, paprika, salt and black pepper.
    Add sour cream.
    Add this mix to oil.
    Return balls to gravy and cook in oven 15 to 20 minutes.
