Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian or pork sausage or hamburger
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 to 4 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    10 oz. lasagne noodles
    2 (12 oz.) cartons large curd cottage cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. Parmesan, grated
    1 lb. Mozzarella (thin)
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
    Add next seven ingredients to meat.
    Simmer, uncovered, until thick (45 to 60 minutes), stirring occasionally.
    Cook lasagne wide noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain and rinse in cold water. Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients.
