Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. Locatelli (deli cheese)
3 boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 (12 oz.) boxes large shells
Preparation

Brown ground beef in large skillet.
Drain fat.
Add thawed spinach and cheese.
Cook shells and soak in cold water.
Stuff shells with beef mixture and place in baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Top with spaghetti sauce, if desired.
Very tasty!
