Soft Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
3 c. milk
flavoring (vanilla or lemon)

Preparation

Scald milk.
Pour over egg mixture.
Cook in double boiler until mixture coats spoon.
