Chicken And Artichoke Hearts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken cutlets, skinned and trimmed
    1 stick margarine
    2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts
    2 fresh lemons
    1 jar capers
    flour
Preparation
    Flatten chicken cutlets and slice into quarters.
    Flour chicken and place on plate.
    Heat skillet.
    Add 2 teaspoons margarine and start cooking chicken on both sides.
    Chicken will turn golden.
    Remove chicken when done and repeat until all chicken is cooked.
    Add 2 teaspoons margarine each time you place chicken in skillet.
    When all chicken is done, return all to skillet.
    Add 2 teaspoons margarine, artichoke hearts and juice of 2 lemons.
    Cover and simmer on low flame for 20 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
