Mrs. Mckenzie'S Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. plus 7 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    7 Tbsp. rice flour
Preparation
    Let butter soften in a large bowl.
    Add sugar and cream well. Sift flours and add gradually to butter/sugar mixture.
    Place in 9-inch pie or shortbread pan.
    Level with heel of hand (bottom and up sides).
    Press with knuckles in rows all over.
    Fork through dough to pan all over.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
