Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
4 beaten egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. butter
baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
-
Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until the mixture is like meal.
Bake pie shell and cool.
When cool, put 3/4 of peanut butter mixture into pie shell and press on bottom and sides.
Save the remainder to put on top of meringue before baking.
