Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. vermicelli noodles
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can English peas
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    salt and pepper
    1 large fryer or 4 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Cook one chicken or 4 chicken breasts in enough water for 1-quart of broth, to save.
    Take chicken off bones.
    Cook vermicelli noodles, onion and bell pepper in broth.
    Add tomatoes, mushrooms and chicken a little later.
    Add peas and cheese last. Pour into greased casserole dish.
