Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 chopped green peppers
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and sprinkle with salt and let stand one hour. Drain and add green peppers and carrot.
    Mix together the vinegar, sugar, water, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Boil dressing ingredients together 1 minute.
    Cool and add to the other ingredients.
    This recipe freezes well.
