Tangy Pork Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies, crushed
1 egg
3 Tbsp. lemon juice or water
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Put the crushed Rice Krispies in one dish. Beat egg and lemon juice in second dish.
Put the flour, salt and pepper in third dish.
Dip the cutlets into the flour mixture, then egg mixture and last the crumbs.
Dot with margarine.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
