Four Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef (or use round steak, sirloin tips; whatever you prefer)
    1 onion, sliced
    1 stalk celery
    6 carrots, cut in chunks
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. tomato juice
    mushrooms (if desired)
    raw potatoes, quartered (if desired)
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
    Place ingredients in casserole dish in order given.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake 4 hours in 250\u00b0 oven.
