Egg Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage (Jimmy Dean)
    10 slices bread
    12 eggs
    1 pkg. shredded cheese (medium sharp)
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Crumble bread into a glass baking dish. Whip eggs.
    Layer on top of bread.
    Brown sausage.
    Sprinkle on eggs (add mushrooms now); then sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until brown.
    Serve hot.
