Brown Jug Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 qt. water
Preparation

Combine all in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add 2 cans cream of celery soup and 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed. Stir until well blended.
