Glorified Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) box small elbow macaroni
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. grated cheese (can use 1/2 white and 1/2 Cheddar)
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 c. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation

Boil macaroni and drain.
Mix other ingredients with macaroni and put in a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs (or cheese).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until it bubbles.
This can be made in advance and baked later.
You can leave out the ground beef for just a side dish.
