Black Magic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. strong black coffee
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans or a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    In a large mixing bowl, blend sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium 2 minutes (batter will be thin).
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes for round pans; bake 35 to 40 minutes for rectangular pan.
    When toothpick comes out clean, cake is done.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans to wire rack; cool completely.
    Frost as desired.
