Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. sausage
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
Preparation
    Form into round egg shaped steaks (looks like a big egg). Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
