Vegetable Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. zucchini, chunked
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. carrot, thinly sliced
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter.
    Cook spaghetti.
    In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, layer 1/2 spaghetti sauce, vegetables, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
    Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
