Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. tomatoes
2 c. green peppers
6 or 7 hot peppers, seeded
1 c. onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar (I use 1 1/2 c. white vinegar)
Preparation
-
Chop all ingredients; put in big saucepan.
Bring to boil and turn down and simmer for 1 hour.
Put in cans and seal.
