7 Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with mixer until it stands in peaks.
    Cook water and sugar together until it forms a string like candy.
    Pour mixture over egg whites while still beating.
    Add cream of tartar then vanilla.
    May use on any cake.
