Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, cut up into florets
    1 bunch broccoli, cut up into florets
    3 to 4 zucchini, julienne
    1 jar marinated artichoke hearts with liquid
    4 carrots, cut round and parboiled
    1 can sliced black olives
    15 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    1 thinly sliced red onion
    2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing, mixed
Preparation
    Marinate all vegetables in dressing for 24 hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
