Fettuccine And Asparagus In Parmesan Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 c. asparagus spears
    1 egg
    1/4 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 oz. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    2 c. cooked fettuccine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and garlic in margarine for about 2 minutes. Stir in asparagus; set aside.
    In small bowl, combine egg and Ricotta cheese.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add milk.
