No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cut in pieces
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Blend soups and milk together.
    Add rice and mix.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
    Lay pieces of raw chicken over rice mixture.
    Sprinkle soup mix over the chicken.
    Cover pan tightly with foil and bake 2 hours.
