Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    2 stalks celery
    soy sauce
    1 c. rice
    3 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
    chicken or pork
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Put rice and oil in heavy skillet and lightly brown, stirring constantly.
    Saute chopped vegetables and add to rice.
    Add meat, 3/4 cup water and add a little soy sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
