Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. chopped okra
    1 pt. stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    rice
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    In a skillet, saute in butter until tender the onion, okra and tomatoes.
    Debone chicken.
    Add chicken and skillet ingredients back to broth.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Boil 30 minutes until ready to serve.
    Serve over rice.
