Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 c. rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, cut in
Preparation

Place rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix sugar, cornstarch and water.
Boil until clear.
Add vanilla.
Let set.
