Beef Casserole 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
    1/2 chopped onion
    3 c. drained, cooked noodles
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Saute beef until it loses its red color. Add onion and cook until tender.
    Stir in corn, soup, sour cream, pimento, salt, pepper and noodles.
    Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs and cheese. Dot with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
