Cream Of Wheat Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked Cream of Wheat (regular)
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. sugar (optional)
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sweet milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    10 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Mix well the first 5 ingredients and pour in the remaining ingredients.
    Stir gently.
    Do not overbeat.
    Pour into greased skillet or muffin tin. Bake at 425\u00b0 until the top is golden brown, crisp and crumbly.
