Cornbread-Railroad Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can yellow whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper.
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Add soup, water, corn and seasoning.
    Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch glass casserole or pan 3/4 full, leaving room for Cornbread Topping.
