Pineapple-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. orange juice or milk
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. All-Bran
    1 tsp. orange peel
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 to 14.
