Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 slice bread, cubed
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
2/3 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Brown and drain sausage.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in bread, sausage and cheese.
Put in greased casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
