Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 thin slices of Bread
    1 lb. Sausage
    Sharp Cheese
    5 Eggs
    3 c. Milk
    1 tsp. Dry Mustard
    1 tsp. Salt
Preparation
    Butter the Bread.
    Place 4 slices of Bread Butter side down in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
    Add grated Cheese.
    Add Sausage (browned and crumbled).
    Place other 4 slices of Bread Butter side up on top of Sausage.
    Beat 5 Eggs and 3 cups of Milk, Salt and Dry Mustard.
    Pour over casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
